When you’re climbing a particularly stepp hill on an especially hot day, it’s a good idea occasionally to pause and take a look behind you, so you can see how far you’ve already come.
So also, when you’ve started to get your teeth into some of the chunkier slabs of patristic, Reformed and evangelical theology, and you find yourself working up a bit of a sweat, why not pause to take stock occasionally of what you’ve already read.
